West Elm is having a crazy sale on bedding.
It's lunch time and I'm reading WebMD magazine.
"You can get incredible benefits from 15-20 minutes of napping. You reset the system and get a burst of alertness and increased motor performance. That's what most people really need to stave off sleepiness and get an energy boost. Caffeine can decrease memory performance. So you may feel more wired but you are also more prone to making more mistakes."
So apparently...
power nap> caffeine

I'm a lover of West Elm.
As for the power nap, no such thing exists in my realm of experience. I A) never wake up after just 20 minutes, and B) feel even more zombie-like than before I took a nap. Thus, I take comas.
Aha! Bless you, Nadia. Been looking for affordable lush white bedding for a while now. Almost spent over $300 at Anthropologie... you saved me from myself. :)
