Isn't this valentine adorable? There are oodles of valentines on Poppy Talk. I have been seeing a lot of this silouette artwork on everything lately. What's the history? Does anyone know what it's called? I saw a wedding where this artwork was on the invitations and other items around the reception. I loved it!

hi hi hi. i love the little man and woman profile prints as well. I wish I knew the history.... I have a couple pairs of earrings. Both belonged to a great grandmama of some sort. One set is just that, the facial profiles of a man and women in white and the background is a pale blue. Then the other set is the same concept, but birds on a tree branch and the background is pale pink. I love them. Wish i knew....
